What is self? The question to this answer is very complicated. Even today, many famous saints are looking forward for an answer. Self is nothing but your ego or your inner voice. Times have, passed things have changed, people have everything in their life but still there is a void. Some people continue to live their life without understanding the hiding meaning of their life. Since age’s people are, busy earning money, day in and day out people are working madly to earn money, fame and power without understanding the inner worth of their life. For such people life is a race that’s to won. Such people don’t realize that they have not appeared in this world to earn only money. They think that money can buy them anything in this world. But they forget that through money, they can buy food but they cannot satisfy their hunger from money. Similarly, they can buy bed but can they sleep through money? Everyone wants to match his or her steps with this running world; no one wants to be left alone. Thus although some people have everything they have all the luxuries of life but still in their heart they know that their life lacks purpose. They are aware that they are living a nun like chaste existence. In fact the basis of are lives or our self is not easy to understand. It’s a complex subject where one needs to do an on depth analysis. To realize the inner self one should firstly attain Self Realization. In yoga its called Atman, in Sanskrit it means inner self or healing your inner self. To attain self-realization first of all it’s very important to know your inner self.
Moksha and Samadhi are basically related to self-realization. To understand your true being Lord Buddha has preached four foremost truths of life. Different scriptures explain the teaching of Buddha. According to Buddhist, teaching the reality of life depends on four main truths. The heart of this theory lies in dukkha that means suffering, sadness or sorrow that comes in everyone’s life. Desire is believed to be the main cause of sufferings. Four noble truths deal with suffering, the cause of dukkha, the cessation or end of suffering and the Noble Eightfold Path. Dukkha is also a part of three marks of existence.
Healing oneself begins from a positive attitude. You can’t really improve yourself if you degrade yourself. AAlways think that after every no from your life will take you to one yes. Never take rejections or failures as something depressing but take it as a challenge. Life is not a bed of roses and ups and down comes in everyone life. If you simply understand that the essence of life lies in self-realization, you can attain anything in life. In Fact, your hidden self-lies within you only; you just have to identify it.
