All the individuals in this world have an inner self. Most of the people often fail to realize their inner self and its aspirations. This inner self is responsible for all the actions taken by an individual. This hidden self can be best defined as the true reflection of a person’s sub-conscious and deepest desires and persona.

According to the theory prescribed by Sigmund Freud, there are three psychological aspects of a human mind i.e. conscious, subconscious and the unconscious. And surprisingly, all the three parts are self-capable to heal themselves in times of crisis. There are times when a person is not able to regulate his way of thinking and the course of his actions. In such moments, his inner self takes complete control of his consciousness. It helps him to get out of several problems and find the right path in life.
One of the most important ways in which a person can aim to improve his inner self is by learning to love him self. Self-love is one of the most important elements required to heal the hidden self. Any individual who is emotionally distressed tends to develop an unbalanced outlook towards life and starts blaming himself for all the miseries in his life.
