Self-development phases assist you with finding the soul and self. For this reason, you need some techniques and practice the ones that work for you daily. Some of the best techniques are physically exercise. Don’t sit there and say, “Exercise is not for me.” Exercise is for everyone that wants to live happy and healthy. Let’s face it; it will not kill you if you walk a few blocks daily. According to the so-called norm society, we all have choices and these decisions determine our direction or fate. If this were completely true, then we’d all be in the grave. Think of Adolph Hitler. We all have the power to control self. Think of the many times that you’ve set your alarm clock and clicked it off. You had to rush to prepare for work probably. Now think of this, if you had taken time to develop your mind power, thus you could set a symbolic clock in your head and get up on time every morning, even if you partied the night before. I do this often. I set my head to the time that I want to awaken and every morning I am out of bed and at my desk working faithfully.

In addition, if you prepare ahead of time you could cutback on the stress you cause from oversleeping despite that you set the alarm. By getting your clothes ready at night, the clothes you want to wear tomorrow, preparing the coffee pot and other things you need to handle the day, thus you could reduce stress tremendously. The point is, by reducing stress you can build mental awareness and strength of mind that empowers you to take full charge of your life.

In this manner, self-control is the foremost strategic for one to develop the inner self, since it helps the growth of self-attainment. Try making a list of things you want to take control over this week and put it to practice. After planning, the next thorny step is to implement your plan. If you choose to quit smoking per se then will need to develop colossal will power to control your addiction, also, you will need to develop packed faith in you. You want to develop positive energy because if you think confidently then surely you can accomplish your objective.

We all must put trust in self and continue to inform others about our success. Did you ever think about how powerful the tongue truly is? The tongue can get us in loads of trouble, or it could lead us to success. The tongue is powerful. It has the power to guide us to living happy, or it has the power to lead us to damnation.

When we set out to find the soul and self we must consider the power of our tongue. In short, we can use our tongue for self-talk lessons to retrain our mind. Mental talking or self-talk is the things that we discuss with self. When we use self-talk we can work toward self-rule, which gives us the freedom of speech. We can discuss our self-interest and speak, but we can also use our tongue to guide self into role-playing.

Self-expressions when combined with role-playing can send us into a higher plane of learning. It takes a little skill, but we all have the power to react and act out our behaviors to see through the barriers that hinder us from seeing self. Since, the soul is our body; we must learn to recognize responses and functions of our body to discover the soul as well. We can use our tongue to manage this task.

How to role-play:

Role-play is play-acting. It is a sort of game whereas we use our imagination and pretenses. Some people claim that role-playing is fantasy, but this is because sexual-based images and media have pushed these people to think along these lines. The fact is, role-playing can be a game, but it can also lead us to reality. The first step is getting in a relaxing position. What you are about to do is go inside self. Once you are in a relaxing position, sit across the room from someone you have imagined. If you have difficult developing mental images, or visuals, then think of a friend that you want to listen to you talk.

Once you have the visual in mind, relax. Go into a sort of meditative state of mind. Probe into your mind and begin the process of self-analyzing and self-examining. Think of yourself as someone else, such as your friend of imagined friend across the room. Let your friend express his tongue. Pretend that your friend is discussing his problems with you. Listen closely. Try not to let your mind wander.

As your friend speaks, consider the problems. If you cannot pinpoint the problem, think of the surrounding issues. Probe into your mind to help your friend discover answers that help him find his way to a higher conscious level.

If you had much trauma in your life, picture yourself in the company of a counselor and other people just like you. Ensure yourself that you are safe. Let your counselor listen to your tongue. When you are finished, let your counselor help you with your problems. Talk openly and do not be afraid of what you learn. You must open up to acceptance. This is the key point in finding self and the soul.

Self-talk can do amazing things for us. When no one else understands, we can rely on self-talk and role-playing to help us find answers to our problems. This is a sort of subliminal learning task. If you continue role-playing and using self-talk you can work through a wide arrangement of problems that develop from misconceptions.

Human Behavior in Soul and Self

Not one person has been capable of defining the true meaning of human behavior despite the evidence is clear. We see people of all lifestyles struggling to identify with self by trying hard to understand their own behaviors.

Of course, all of us know that human behavior is the way we behave. Yet, it is also the responses of psychological learning. We respond to the set conditions and rule other force upon us. We see these patterns by reviewing our history. Consider the time when white men had more power than the black man and female race. During this time, these degrading people felt that they were the ultimate race of god. While we know this is untrue, still their teachings streamed down through history, which lead to major issues, including stereotyping, racism, hate, murder, crime, thief, and so much more.

Many people behave in accord to what they had learned from misleading influences. Despite they are maturing more today, many people are still following the unreal patterns of conditions and teachings. Part of the problem is that the misconceptions have not been challenged. Because we learn from psychological teachings, we often prefer to follow others despite they are wrong, rather than probe into our own mind to discover the truth.

By analyzing your problems, you can find answers every time. The process takes effort on your part, which is another part of the problem. Many people do not want to apply themselves, so they continue to follow others. By following others, they often head down the road to destruction.

We must learn to self-analyze and consider our conceptions, which develop from observation, learning, teaching, reading, and so forth. Instead of following the path of others, we must expand our knowledge.

Reading, ultimately can expand our knowledge, but also expand our comprehension. Instead of seeing things in black and white as those people did in our history, we can start seeing things in color. A colorful picture is much more prettier than black and white.

Love doesn’t come in colors. No one has the right to tell us who we can love, or who we can befriend. We must love each other as we love ourselves. The problem is, most people claim to love themselves, but truthfully, they do not. It is evident in their human behaviors.

For example, when you see a person smoking tobacco or drinking heavily, you instinctively note that this person lacks a love for self. When we see a person abiding by the nature of law, thus taking care of self, we know this person has a degree of love for self. These people often clear their mind of clutter.

Instead of staying in a chaotic state of mind, which comes out in their human behaviors later, they often seek the truth. The truth sets them free because it clears the mind of rubble that clutters the brain. The soul is the physical self. Thus, when we see a person taking care of self, we know that this person is on a journey to find the truth and discover the self to its entirety.

When a person clears his mind of lies told down through the history, he often finds it easier to manage in life. This means that his behaviors conform to doing what is right. The person often will clear up doubt, confusion, fear, stress, and other negative aspects of his character to make room for self-growth. A clear-minded person does not follow the path of others; rather he takes control of soul, in order to discover self.

Some of the other lies told to us, is evidently unclear today. For instance, think about the lies whereas leaders stressed to us and have lead to many problems today. One of these lies was that the soul was a spiritual thing that left the body upon death and dangled in some unknown area of the world waiting to reach heaven or hell. Despite evidence is clear these are lies, people still follow these same beliefs.

Opening up the Soul and Self

The time we spend now may be used later:

We spend many time archiving things in our hidden selves but we do not find it easy to go back and opening up all the things we safety tuck away from ourselves.

Opening up your hidden self is important. As only by opening our inner self and dealing with what we find there, can we realize our full potential? When we realize our full potential the sky is the limit as what one can archive. We have several options to consider when seeking answers for opening the inner self.

Meditation is a brilliant way of opening up our hidden self. By taking part in daily meditation, one will come to discover one’s inner self and by discovering one’s inner self one is able to open up and reach deep inside our hidden self and release be it-hidden emotions or other wise. My journey through mediation to open my inner self brought up things I never thought we still buried deep in my inner self, by acknowledging things buried deep in my hidden self-way able to heal my inner being, and hence became a far much better person. Things from years back could subconsciously affect your decision through your entire adult life holding you back a great deal. I realized I had a fear of speaking in public steaming from humiliation I had suffered in high school when a teacher humiliated me in from of the whole school but that had translated into my fear of doing major pitches hence held me back when it came to effectively market my small office supplies business. Opening my hidden self enabled me to deal with such emotions and ultimately go on to build my confidence and my business expanded like a wild fire consequently.

We have a few routes we can take to open up one’s self. Some people discover who they are from dancing, while others rely on common practices, such as meditation. dancing is brilliant way of opening up your hidden self as through dancing one is able to channel good energy to your inners self and by channeling all the positive energy are able to use it to rejuvenate our hidden self and deal with whatever has been holding us back.

Opening up our hidden self through self discover is another pathway to realizing your full potential by taking time really examine your self one will be able to discover ones` self and in self-discovery, one is able to open up your hidden self. We archive emotions in our hidden selves cause at the time they would be too difficult to deal with but as we develop, we have to face and heal the inner self that would have been battling these emotions in the background as we get by. By discovering our inner voice, we can then release all the stored emotions in our inner self, which causes us to function less effectively.

By discovering our inner voice, we are able to vent frustrations and go on to be very productive people. As we release and heal our hidden self, we become more relaxed people and more relaxed people are healthier and ultimately able to realize their full potential. Music is a great tool to aid in discovering your voice, which in turn aids in opening up your hidden self. Once you open up you will set yourself free and open yourself to the possibility of the sky being your limit.
