Life has its ups and down, as sometimes it happens in life that at some point of time you may have a bad experience. However, that doesn? means that life is only full of hurdles and worries. In fact, it? your own approach towards life that decides your fate. Developing a Rapid Understanding

When one can define rapid development or growth, he has a better understanding, which pushes that entity in the right direction. This person can maneuver smoothly through the trial and errors and the tricky that takes place in the processes of human development.

The fact is the creation of new story lines change each day, which includes the rapid change of self-examining and theoretical or hypothetical frameworks. This means that the definitions in the here and now could rapidly change tomorrow. Thus, social development and personality then are subject to keep pace with the diversities and compound definitions of social and personality development.

Researchers each day are examining various behaviors, including violence, aggression, riots, “first impressions, erotic stimulus,” and so forth. All these changes in our environment affect us all in some way. Despite that, all these changes affect us however; shared threads bind us all, which brings us together as a unit.

While psychologists center on certain behavior patterns that affect us all, the average person must keep in sight the definition of social and personality development. The meaning to the common person is as follow: We identify the process of social and personality as a scientific discipline whereas we continue to investigate protocols in which our behaviors, thoughts or feelings influences or decides the actions, personality or behaviors of others around us.

We can examine examples to reach a deeper understanding of social and personality development. It is apparent that most people’s thoughts, behaviors or feelings are inspired by others around them. For instance, think of your self, working at a convenient store and masked man comes in the store with a loaded handgun and says, “Don’t do anything stupid.” Your emotions will react to this action, since you have no doubt in your mind that this person is out to cause harm. What this person has done; is affected or influenced your feelings, behaviors and thoughts, yet the way you respond will decide your fate. That is in most instances. Some people are cold-blooded killers. These people will give little thought to anyone doing as they are told.

In comparison, consider an example whereas someone approaches you and asks you how your day is going. In this instance, your heart may feel warm and you may respond in a like manner. On the other hand, if someone has interrupted your day, causing you stress, you may insult the person, which then the influence falls on your shoulder.

We see that in instances where people have pushed us at one time or another to buy something we regret purchasing later. This is a common influential pattern that all of us go through at one time or another. The point is in order to develop healthy social skills and personality we must learn to stop allowing influences to persuade us of anything, unless we have a shared desire to do it on our own.

In summary, our behaviors, thoughts, and feelings are often changed by influences around us. It changes the way we feel and think each day. For this reason, we must all analyze the influences around us and determine how they affect our social and personality development process.

Since it is obvious that we are all affected by influences, including their characteristics, behaviors and actions, thus we must expand our awareness to stay alert to influences. The first thing you want to consider while building social skills is to estimate your feelings toward the opposite gender, race, culture, and so on. Do you think you have prejudices toward others that are different from you? If you answered yes, then you need some instructions on how to eliminate prejudice and accept differences. Prejudice only gets in the way of effective self-development and social skills.

Directions in Self Private Speech and Regulation

In the use of the term self-regulation another term that is often used is self-direction. This is similar to self-regulation and the two in fact go hand in hand. We all aim to become self directed in life and this is really the ability to plan and guide and monitor our own behaviors and to be able to adapt these to suit particular circumstances from within. At the start of life when we were children most of us would sometimes be in a middle point. Sometimes we think before acting and sometimes we just act. As development progresses it is hoped that all this action will be thought through and we will be thinking before we act.

This is an important lesson to learn as children as when we are able to guide our own behavior we are able to plan and carry out plans effectively. We are able to monitor our own behavior and observe and evaluate it as well and in this process set goals and aims to achieve. By fostering self-direction or regulation we are indeed empowering ourselves to succeed. We are creating independent individuals that can stand on their own two feet and that are able to face life head on.

Self-regulation and self-direction are not the same as self-control. Self-control is where we listen to the commands of others and follow it. Self-direction and regulation are where we guide ourselves. Private speech is the first cue to self-direction or regulation. This is developed early in life if it is fostered. This encourages the modulation of behavior to suit our thoughts. We manipulate situations to suit our needs and to overcome problems. When we vocalize we are able to process better and overcome problems through decisive thinking.

When we are developing during childhood if we become too automated to follow directions we will achieve self-control and never move to self-direction or regulation. When we adults we will therefore face either one of two difficult circumstances. Either we show rigid control and the need to loosen up or we illustrate a total lack of control and are too impulsive. These two extremes can be serious problems and they can affect all areas of our lives. We need to be able to achieve a balance through these two and this will equip us well and aid our self development.

If as children this area in our lives was stunted then a good place to start is with private thought and speech. We have to listen and talk to our internal self. Private speech will vocalize and aid us in processing thoughts in a logical fashion and we will be able to move away from the extremes of impulse and rigidity to a more balanced individual that is logical.

We have to learn to plan, monitor and assess situations that concern us and to move forward empowered with this knowledge. When we can control ourselves we can direct our goals and we are poised to succeed. It is better and simpler to get the full benefits of private speech when we are younger but if not it is never too late.

If we have children however we should focus on making life easier for them and foster their growth and development and equip them to be self directed and regulated individuals that can face the world head on. Often we may see that a child that employed private speech has improved self-motivation and has more self-confidence than the child that does not. Thus we want to encourage our children to build and use these tools.

Performance in Self Identity

Watching someone else perform the task that you’ve tried and couldn’t quite get there, as you want has probably made you feel frustrated. Some people let it get to them to the point they start thinking that some people are better than other does people. This is not true. We all have the ability to advance our performance, but it takes practice, skill and effort.

We need to keep thinking positive so that we can perform better. Because someone has advanced skills, it doesn’t mean that we cannot perform any task we put our minds to. The reason that these people enjoy advanced performance is because they have a degree of self-identity established.

These understand a few steps in relating to inner thoughts that reveal messages from the subconscious. Our subconscious mind self talks to us over 50,000 times each day. The brain and mind has heard people in society tell them many lies and truths. We need to reprogram our brain to think positive by repeating in a positive way that we have power over our thoughts. This can be accomplished by learning some subliminal practices. By practicing often, you can expand your performance.

To change these thoughts, start repeating to yourself, “I will perform and challenge the task with great efforts until I succeed.” Affirm your actions repeatedly and reprogram your brain until it listens and believes you can do it. Soon your subconscious will start to work in harmony with the conscious mind. This means your awareness expands.

Start today to reprogram your brain by making a list. Remember to stay focused on the positive and use your self-talk tools to set your goals. Goals are important to us all.

Each day you need to work through your list. It will help you reprogram your mind so that it starts to work in union with the body. You need to encourage your mind to continue focusing in the here and now instead of in the future or past.

Mediation is something we can use to discover hidden messages and reveal our identity. While practicing meditation, find someplace where you can feel comfortable. You can sit erect, or recline in a comfortable area. Focus on your body and mind to make it relax by closing your eyes and let yourself go to another realm. Focus on relaxation and start repeating out loud what you want to accomplish. Repeat each one on the list 4 or 5 times each. This needs to be done everyday in order for the brain to learn your new way of thinking.

When we communicate with self, we expand our memory. Remember your brain learned the negative things from what someone has said in the past so now it needs to learn the positive attitude in order to reprogram. You need to rely on your understanding, instead of those in society.

Exhibit some patients and self-control during the process of reprogramming your subconscious and mind to work in harmony; It took some learning and time that lead to the way you think now, so it will take time and some changes to reprogram the way you think.

Once you’ve worked at changing your attitude to think positive you’ll begin to notice people around you. Your self-confidence and self-esteem will improve largely. To discover you it takes time and effort, as well as plenty of practice.

Our performance is based on how your brain thinks and reacts when it using the techniques. You can perform the way you want when you learn to practice positive thinking and self-talk skills.
